The problem we help solve

Your organisation has better things to do than search funding websites all week.

For small and medium charities, grant work often falls to the same people delivering the services. One person searches for funding, another chases documents, and someone else starts the same application answers from scratch.

✕

Too many places to search. Grant opportunities are spread across different sources, categories and locations.

✕

Too much repeated writing. Your mission, activities and impact are requested again and again.

✕

Too little spare capacity. Staff and volunteers need to spend their time on outcomes, not paperwork.

You do not need another sprawling system. You need a simpler way to move grant work forward.

Everything working together

From finding an opportunity to a draft your team can actually use.

Make your grant process more repeatable, more manageable and less dependent on starting from zero every time.

⌕

Find relevant opportunities

Discover grants from indexed funding sources and start with the ones that are closer to your organisation's needs.

◎

Match to your charity

Use your cause, location, funding interests and organisation profile to surface more useful opportunities.

▤

Write your story once

Save information about your mission, programs, legal status, people served and impact for reuse across applications.

✎

Get a head start on drafts

Prepare initial application responses using your charity information and the grant criteria, then edit before submission.

↗

Use the browser helper

On supported desktop grant forms, the optional Chrome and Edge helper assists with recognised, repetitive organisation fields.

✓

Keep people in control

Review the funding rules, complete missing details and approve all answers. Partnerly never makes declarations for you.

A practical grants toolkit, not a replacement for professional judgement.Explore the process
A smarter use of your funding

Why build every part of your grant workflow around a full-time hire?

Hiring a dedicated grants professional can cost tens of thousands of dollars each year. For many charities, that simply isn't in the budget. Grants Connector gives an existing team more structure, search support and drafting assistance without committing to another salary.

  • Reduce repetitive searching across funding sources
  • Make better use of the information you already have
  • Support the staff and volunteers already doing the work
  • Give your organisation a consistent starting point for every application

It is not a substitute for a specialist where one is needed, and time savings will depend on your organisation and grant workload.

PUT THE NUMBERS IN PERSPECTIVE
Illustrative salary for one staff member$80,000 / yearExample only; actual grants roles and employment costs vary.
VERSUS
Partnerly Grants Connector$1,188 / year$99/month × 12 months, before any applicable taxes

Not the same as an employee. A much more affordable way to support routine grant research and draft preparation.

How it works

Set up your charity. Get organised. Find your next opportunity.

No complex implementation project is required to get started. If your organisation details are ready, the initial setup is designed to be completed the same day.

01

Create your account

Register as a charity or not-for-profit and confirm your email address.

02

Build your profile

Add the mission, programs, impact and eligibility information you already use.

03

Set your preferences

Tell Grants Connector your locations, causes, topics and preferred funding amounts.

04

Explore your matches

Review relevant indexed funding opportunities and check official eligibility.

05

Prepare, review, apply

Create draft answers, make adjustments and submit on the funder's site.

⚡
Aim to be set up within 24 hours.

Most of the work is entering the information your charity already knows. Timing depends on how readily your details are available; this is a setup aim, not a guaranteed completion time.

Is the offer $99 once, or $99 every month?

It's a recurring $99 AUD monthly subscription. The planned future standard price is $299/month. Your checkout shows the price and billing cycle before you subscribe.

How quickly can we get started?

Initial setup is designed to be straightforward and can often be completed in a day if your organisation details are ready. You'll create an account, verify your email, add your profile and preferences, and activate your subscription.

Will this apply for grants automatically?

No. Partnerly helps you discover grants and prepare editable drafts. An authorised member of your organisation must check the funding criteria, review the content and submit the application to the relevant funder.

Do we still need somebody who understands grants?

You'll still need someone to review suitability, budgets and eligibility, and approve submissions. Grants Connector supports their work; it does not replace funding expertise.

Can we install the browser helper on a phone?

The current helper is designed for desktop Chrome or Edge. It can assist with recognised fields on supported grant application sites.

Are grant emails and automatic reports included?

Membership and support emails are available. Proactive grant-opportunity emails and automated reporting are planned additions, not part of the current subscription.

What if we can't find grants or need help?

Use the Grants Help Centre for guided instructions and troubleshooting. You can submit a ticket with a reference number for our team to review.

Are we guaranteed to qualify for or win funding?

No. Matching is a research aid, not a guarantee of eligibility, an award or a successful application. Always check the official funder's conditions.

Can we cancel?

Yes, the subscription is monthly and can be cancelled. For account or billing assistance, submit a billing request through the Help Centre.

You stay in control

AI helps prepare the work. Your organisation makes the decision.

Grants Connector is designed to assist with discovery and application preparation. Your team should review eligibility, factual statements, financial information, declarations and the final application before submission.

When a grant requires a declaration, consent, certification or information we cannot safely infer, it is left for an authorised person at your organisation to complete.
